The mobile phone number you provide is used to receive verification codes when you register, log in, bind accounts, or recover passwords, and also serves as one of the designated contact methods between you and us for receiving related business notices. If you refuse to provide the foregoing information, you will be unable to register an account on this Platform. Please note that when you use the Platform on behalf of an enterprise, the enterprise has authorized us to process your foregoing information within the necessary scope; if you object to such processing, please contact your enterprise.In addition, to provide account binding and day-to-day management, when you perform management operations under [My Organization], we will collect your organization member information, member product roles, affiliated groups, group lists, and change records to facilitate your management of member accounts within the organization; when you perform management operations under [My Account], we will also collect the nickname, name, function, company, contact phone number, and IP address you set, to facilitate your account management and security verification.1.2 Basic Functions: AI Model Aggregation ServicesBased on artificial intelligence technology (hereinafter referred to as "AI"), we provide you with AI content generation services (text, images, audio, video, code), among others. As necessary to achieve the purpose of the services, we will collect and process the prompts, text, images, videos, datasets, evaluation instructions, and related configuration information that you actively upload. As an AI model aggregation platform, we will transmit the foregoing information back to the server side and analyze it in order to better generate content that meets your instructions and requirements.We will also collect your account ID, IP address, API interface information, resource metering and billing data, operation logs, request logs, and related operational data to provide you with model transaction settlement services.Special reminder: when you use certain functions of this Platform (image-to-text, image-to-video, image understanding, audio synthesis, audio transcription, etc.), you may actively upload materials containing faces or voices. Please ensure that such materials do not constitute sensitive personal information of you or your customers. This Platform does not actively collect any sensitive personal information from you. To protect the lawful rights and interests of personal information subjects, please strictly desensitize and anonymize such information to avoid infringement or information leakage.Pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, we hereby inform you that: the necessity of processing such sensitive personal information lies in achieving AI generation effects to meet your instruction requirements; the impact on your personal rights and interests is necessary to realize AI functions; and we will take strict security protection measures. We will obtain your separate consent through a pop-up window when you first use the relevant functions. You have the right to refuse; upon refusal, the relevant functions will be unavailable, but other functions will not be affected. Please rest assured that the foregoing material content is used only to achieve AI generation effects and will not be used for other purposes such as identifying a specific individual or verifying personal identity.The prompts, conversation content, uploaded materials (such as faces, voiceprints, etc.), and generated content that you input in the course of using the services all belong to your enterprise's data. We will not access customer data, nor will we make any unauthorized use or disclosure of customer data. You are responsible for the source and content of uploaded data. We remind you to carefully judge the source and legality of data, material content, and personal information. You shall ensure that using this Platform's services to process such data, and that the foregoing processing activities, all comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, do not involve any illegal or non-compliant acts, infringement, or breach of contracts with third parties, and will not use the data for illegal or non-compliant purposes. All consequences and liabilities arising from your uploaded material content and your data processing acts violating laws, regulations, departmental rules, or national policies shall be borne by you alone.We will not use your enterprise data, uploaded materials, or conversation text to train or fine-tune any AI model, nor to identify specific individuals. You may manually delete uploaded content and conversation content in the history records at any time. After you delete such data, we will no longer store it.1.3 Basic Functions: Operations and Secure Operation / AssuranceWe are committed to providing you with a secure and trustworthy service and usage environment. Providing high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. To maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the lawful interests of you, other users, or the public from loss, we will collect information necessary to maintain the secure and stable operation of the services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system version, access time, operation records, API call frequency, concurrency, abnormal request logs, and related information. The collection and use of such information is based on our fulfillment of statutory obligations and the purpose of ensuring the security of network services.1.4 Changes to the Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal InformationAs the business develops, we may adjust the functions of this Platform and the services provided.
